If you would like to add any agenda items of your own, including general business, please send them through to the secretary, Scott Crowley or myself at aidanfryer[at]gmail.com. A final agenda will be sent out by the 26th of October. Please note that any business that requires a vote, must be on this final agenda to give people time to familiarise themselves with it. The deadline for those submissions will be COB on 23rd of October.

At the meeting, all positions will be made vacant and any member can nominate for an executive position. If you would like to nominate for an executive position, please let us know by COB 23rd of October. Nominations from the floor are only allowed when no nominations are made in advance. The positions available are President, Vice President, Secretary, Assistant Secretary, Social Secretary, Treasurer, Property Manager and two General Members.

If you would like to nominate anybody for Honorary Life Membership due to outstanding service to the AFLCUA, please do so by COB 23rd of October so it can be included in the final agenda. It is not necessary to provide written justification but is preferred.

Please see the proposed constitutional changes from our constitutional refresh working group, led by James Ansell. This includes a document detailing the rationale for the changes. Please familiarise yourself with this proposal to ensure smooth and prompt running of the meeting.
