This Wednesday (April 20th) from 5-6pm there is an 'Umpire Come and Try Day' at Phillip Oval being coordinated by the League. It would be fantastic if you could tell any friends/acquaintances who might be interested in umpiring about it. See the attached poster, rego form is here.

It will feature some competitions with prizes and talks with some current AFL Umpires who started their journey here in Canberra. Afterwards there will be a combined Junior+Senior Umpire training night for new/potential umpires to get a taste of what it's like.

Most importantly the AFLCUA will be providing pizza after training that night (~7pm) so make sure you come along. And tell us if you have any dietary requirements!
