2023 Pie Night & Wear Your Favourite Jersey
Pie and Jersey Night was a great success. Thanks to everyone for coming along and enjoying some time with your umpiring family.
It appears that umpires love pies, some even love pasties (right Emma?). The pictures are clear evidence of that - and we are sure we saw a pie get swallowed whole!
A little parade of jerseys saw 7 umpires be judged by their peers. Joel (channeling Nic McGinness) just pipped Mathew (Hot Pies) and Cody (The Pelican) in a public 3-2-1 vote. And because we are #AsOneTeam, there were medals a packet of party mix lollies for all place-getters!
