2024 Around-The-Grounds Parkrun Tour
For the second year in a row the AFLCUA has completed an around-the-grounds Parkrun tour, where we have run/walked/shuffled Coombs, Burley Griffin, Ginninderra, Gungahlin, and Point Hut Parkruns.
We started with a 2023 pre-Christmas farewell run with VFL Umpire of the Year - and AFLW Grand Final umpire - Sam Nippress, and finished where we began by conducting a “Volunteer (Volly) Takeover” at Coombs Parkrun.
Another fabulous #AsOneTeam effort from all involved and a great way to head into 2024's preseason!
