2024 Pride Round
Through the generous sponsorship of The Walking Clinic all AFL Canberra umpires were given the opportunity to either wear rainbow sweatbands (for Fieldies and Boundaries) or wave rainbow flags (for Goalies) in the AFL Canberra dedicated PRIDE Round on 14,15,16 June 2024.
Umpire participation was a personal choice and the AFLCUA respected every umpires right to make their own decision in this regard.
The AFLCUA deemed the weekend a great success and we look forward to being able to particpate annually in the league's Pride round well into the future.
